Renowned crypto investment firm Grayscale has continued to see renewed interest in its recently launched Solana investment product as the fund continues to draw in capital
Per recent data showcased by Arkham Intelligence, the firm has bought up to $20.2 million worth of Solana through its Solana ETF, GSOL, over the past 20 days
The data shows that the Grayscale Solana ETF saw consistent demand from investors as it recorded a steady influx of fresh capital on most daily trading sessions over the last month
While the fund recorded only one day of outflows during the period, it appears that investor money has largely continued to flow into the Solana-based investment product
Furthermore, the rare cases of withdrawals recorded by the fund have seen Grayscale outperform other Solana investment funds that have recently recorded selling activity
The sustained inflows have drawn attention from market analysts, as the fund has only launched recently, yet it is already igniting renewed institutional interest in the Solana ETF ecosystem
Unlike Grayscale, VanEck's VSOL ETF saw investors withdraw their funds amid the recent market volatility
During its latest trading session, VanEck sold about $700,000 worth of SOL, suggesting that investors are less willing to gain exposure to Solana through the fund when compared to Grayscale
Notably, Grayscale did not record any sales during the same period, as investors appear to be monitoring institutional demand for Solana and how investment funds are responding to changing market conditions
Following these purchases, Grayscale is establishing its foothold as a strong player in the Solana ETF market
