Chief executive Asheesh Birla said Evernorth plans to fund infrastructure and applications supporting wider XRP use. The company also aims to increase XRP holdings per share through its treasury strategies
Its investors include Ripple, SBI Group, Pantera Capital, Kraken and GSR, which participated in the financing. Evernorth expects to ring Nasdaq’s closing bell on October 14
The XRP price traded at $1.4160 on October 11, with its latest four-hour candle down 0.66%. The XRP price remained above the $1.40 support after recovering from the sharp decline recorded earlier this week
The price of XRP faced initial resistance at $1.45, where a sustained four-hour close above that level could support further gains. A successful breakout would bring $1.50 into focus, matching another resistance level marked in the source
If XRP price reclaimed $1.50 and maintained momentum, the next potential target would be the previous trading region near $1.60

On the downside, a sustained move below $1.40 would weaken the recovery and expose the recent lows
The five XRP spot ETFs reported zero net flows on October 9, according to SoSoValue data. Total net assets stood at $1.57 billion, equivalent to 1.80% of XRP’s market capitalization
Trading volume totaled $26.33 million, while net inflows since launch stood at $1.80 billion. Bitwise led with $581.33 million in assets, followed by Franklin’s $413.96 million and Canary’s $339.78 million
The XRP derivatives market experienced more trading, with a volume of 3.71% to $1.51 billion. There was a 0.37% decline in open interest to $3.08 billion with only a little less exposure in open positions of the derivatives
There was a significant rise in options trading, with options volume up 302.85% to $6.90 million. The available interest increased 2.35%. to 66.04 million, and this is on top of the substantial growth in volume of options
