At press time, Starknet traded around $0.055 after rising 28% on the daily charts. Over the same window, Trading Volume surged 321% to $186 million
Meanwhile, Market Cap climbed 30%, crossed $400 million, and returned STRK to CoinMarketCap’s top 100
Starknet attracted renewed attention as traders discussed its privacy features
STRK itself is not a privacy coin. However, privacy applications within Starknet’s ecosystem appeared to be finding an audience
X user Blue Clarity highlighted Starknet’s privacy pool, arguing that compatibility and composability could make it attractive to builders
Another X user, Pumpnomics, pointed to private swaps and perpetuals as potential drivers of further interest. That discussion offered a possible backdrop to STRK’s rally. Whether interest in those applications translates into lasting token demand remains an open question
Beyond community chatter, STRK’s derivatives market showed increased participation
Open Interest rose 4% to $86.5 million, alongside a 76% increase in Derivatives Volume
Together, those increases suggested more active trading and growth in outstanding positions. They do not, alone, establish whether traders favored longs or shorts
Meanwhile, reported spot purchases gave buyers another reason to watch. According to X user Nazoku, a wallet linked to Quanterty bought 17.4 million STRK, worth $767,000
Pumpnomics also reported purchasing $740,000 worth of STRK over the previous week. Those purchases suggested conviction from individual holders, although they offered only a partial view of broader demand
On the 4th of October, Spot Netflow fell to -$731,000, meaning outflows exceeded inflows across tracked exchanges. That was consistent with accumulation, although withdrawals alone cannot confirm fresh buying
For now, the rally had support from reported purchases and exchange outflows. The next test is whether buyers keep defending the breakout
STRK’s momentum indicators also leaned bullish. The Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) formed a bullish crossover and rose to 0.0047, supporting the improving price structure
If buying pressure persists, Starknet could attempt a move above the $0.06 resistance. However, holding $0.05 remains central to that outlook. Sustained closes above the former resistance would strengthen the case that buyers had established support
A loss of $0.05 could weaken the breakout and bring the previous consolidation area around $0.041 back into focus
