Solana price rose 3.38% to $121.82 over 24 hours, extending recent gains as the broader cryptocurrency market recovered
The SOL has climbed 25% over the past month, bringing the $130 level into focus during the recovery
Bitcoin price gained 2.88% as easing Treasury yields and short covering helped lift sentiment ahead of key U.S. economic data
More than $244 million in short positions were liquidated across the cryptocurrency market during the same 24-hour period. Ethereum also joined the rebound, rising 2.06% to $2,761 as the recovery extended beyond Bitcoin into other major cryptocurrencies
The Solana derivatives market was mixed, as the volume of trading fell by 4.48% to trade at 8.67 billion. The open interest increased by 1.74% to reach an amount of $7.29 billion, the total amount of open derivatives contracts
The volume of options rose by 11.03% to $19.56 million, which means that people are more interested in that part. But options open interest fell 11.19% to $87.32 million, signaling reduced outstanding exposure amid increased trading volume
The Solana network earned $6.04 million in daily DApp revenues, outperforming Ethereum, Hyperliquid and BSC, together. Ethereum’s figure was $2.48 million, Hyperliquid’s was $1.63 million and BSC’s was $1.48 million

The three competitors combined for $5.59 million, which is $450,000 more than Solana has over the reported period. In a separate report, data from Blockworks revealed that, as of October 1, 2026, there were a record 1,278,009 addresses on Solana that held tokenized equities

However, holding $120 remained central to the bullish scenario outlined by this setup. A decisive break below that area could expose the next marked support at $115
