Strategy (NASDAQ: MSTR) stock price is in focus as Strategy emerges as the most tokenized company on-chain, surpassing giants like Nvidia, Tesla, and SpaceX
Strategy’s vast market share comes as the market cap of tokenized stocks surges to an all-time high above $3.8 billion
In a recent X post, Strategy noted that the value of tokenized STRC and Strategy shares has reached a combined value of $491 million. MSTR stock has a tokenized value of $246 million, while STRC’s tokenized value sits at $245 million
CRCL stock comes in second with $338 million in tokenized value, followed by SpaceX stock with $174 million
Another X post by xStocks also noted that STRC is now the largest tokenized stock in the world with a circulating market cap of $158.8 million. In comparison, MSTR stock ranks third in this metric with a tokenized circulating market cap of $119.1 million
The rising demand for MSTR tokenized stocks comes as the CEO of Nasdaq, Adena Friedman, says that tokenization could unlock tens of billions of dollars in capital that is currently locked up in collateral
Data from Strategy Tracker shows that Strategy’s mNAV ratio has dropped to 0.93. The drop below 1 suggests that the market is pricing Strategy at a lower value than the value of Bitcoin that it holds
The drop comes shortly after Strategy purchased an additional 334 BTC between October 1 and 4, which brought the company’s total BTC holdings to $70.08 billion
The company also sits on an unrealized profit of $5.8 billion on its Bitcoin stash following the recent gain in Bitcoin price to above $80,000, which led to Citi raising the price target for Strategy stock from $136 to $240
MSTR stock price is up by 2.3% in pre-market trading at the time of writing. The shares edged lower on October 8 to close trading at $151
Following this drop, MSTR stock closed below support at the 200-day EMA, suggesting that the long-term trend is changing into a bearish one
Closing below this 200-day EMA for three straight days could trigger another bearish move to the 50-day EMA of $137
The RSI line that is tipping south suggests that the bullish momentum that pushed MSTR stock to a multi-month high above $170 is becoming weak
However, if the uptrend seen in pre-market trading continues for the rest of the day, MSTR could close above the psychological resistance of $160
